يذكر أن الاتحاد الدولي لرجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العرب بالخارج حصل على أرض من الحكومة الأوغندية لإقامة منطقة اقتصادية مصرية حرة وذلك برعاية الرئيس الأوغندي ودعم السفير تشارلز انجينا سفير أوغندا في القاهرة وتهدف المنطقة الاقتصادية في أوغندا توطين الصناعات المصرية.

The International Union of Businessmen is Studying the Designs of the Egyptian Free Economic Zone in Uganda with a Consulting Office
The International Union of Businessmen and Arab Investors Abroad discussed with the engineering consulting office, Dr. Ahmed Fouad Sabry, the study of the industrial zone in Uganda, the designs to be implemented on the ground, and the feasibility study for the free zone.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Alaa El-Eisawy, Executive Director of the International Union of Businessmen and Arab Investors Abroad, Engineer Mohamed El-Dali, Professor Dr. Engineer Ahmed Fouad Sabry, and Engineer Tamer Nashat.
It is noteworthy that the International Union of Businessmen and Arab Investors Abroad has acquired land from the Ugandan government to establish an Egyptian free economic zone under the patronage of the Ugandan President and with the support of Ambassador Charles Engena, Uganda’s Ambassador to Cairo.
The economic zone in Uganda aims to localize Egyptian industries, increase trade exchange, and serve as a cornerstone for strengthening cooperation with East Africa.
